On the Billboard charts, "Take Me Home" was a solid hit, released as the album’s final single in March 1986 in the U.S. and July 1985 in the UK. It peaked at Number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100, spending 15 weeks on the chart, and reached Number 19 on the UK Singles Chart. While not as dominant as No Jacket Required’s Number 1 hits "One More Night" and "Sussudio," it outperformed "Don’t Lose My Number" (Number 4) in the UK and cemented Collins’s chart prowess, with the album itself hitting Number 1 on the Billboard 200 for seven weeks.

Phil Collins’s live performances of "Take Me Home" have been a staple since the 1985 No Jacket Required World Tour, often serving as the emotional climax of his sets. During his 1990 Seriously Live! tour at Berlin’s Waldbühne, captured in a fan-shared clip, Collins delivered a rousing rendition, with the audience’s participation amplifying the song’s anthemic quality. 

His 1985 tour performance, also shared on X, showcased the song’s communal power, with fans singing along to its iconic chorus. English drummer, singer-songwriter, record producer, and actor Phil Collins recorded a new version of "A Groovy Kind of Love" in 1988. He had originally suggested the song as a good one for collaborator Stephen Bishop to record, with Collins producing. 

While filming the movie Buster (1988), Collins suggested the song as a potential love theme for the title character and his wife. He recorded a demo as a guide for the producers, only to find out later his demo had actually been used in the film. Collins had initially expressed reservations about being featured on the soundtrack during the movie, but relented due to feeling it worked well for the scene. 

He subsequently recorded a full version of the song, co-produced by Anne Dudley. This version was originally released on Buster: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. It subsequently appeared on the compilation albums Hits, Love Songs: A Compilation... Old and New, and The Singles. A live performance appeared on his Serious Hits... Live! album.

It reached Number 9 on the UK Singles Chart, but was a disappointment on the US Billboard Hot 100, reaching number 45. B-sides are songs "Take Me Down" and "It's Over". 

The song also peaked within the top 10 in Czech Republic, Hungary and Scotland. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it reached number 29 in October 1996. The track was the only song from Dance into the Light to be featured on his compilation album ...Hits in 1998.

"You Can't Hurry Love" is a 1966 song originally recorded by the Supremes on the Motown label. It was released on July 25 of 1966 as the second single from their studio album The Supremes A' Go-Go (1966).

Written and produced by Motown production team Holland–Dozier–Holland, the song topped the US Billboard Hot 100, made the top five in the UK, and top 10 in Australia. It was released and peaked in late summer and early autumn in 1966. 

Sixteen years later, it would become a Number-1 hit in the UK when Phil Collins re-recorded the song. It reached Number One on the UK Singles Chart for two weeks beginning in January 1983 and reached Number 10 on the US Billboard Hot 100 a month later.

"Two Hearts" is a song by Phil Collins from the soundtrack to the film Buster (1988). The song was written and produced by Collins and Lamont Dozier. It reached Number 1 in the United States and Canada in January 1989.

Released on 7 November 1988, "Two Hearts" charted in 19 countries, and topped the charts in the US, Canada, and Japan. The song topped the US Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks, the US Billboard Adult Contemporary chart for five weeks, and also reached number six on the UK Singles Chart.

"Two Hearts" won the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song and the Grammy Award for Best Song Written Specifically for a Motion Picture or Television in 1989.

Genesis is an English rock band formed at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, in 1967. The band's most commercially successful line-up consists of keyboardist Tony Banks, bassist/guitarist Mike Rutherford and drummer / singer Phil Collins. The 1970s line-up featuring singer Peter Gabriel and guitarist Steve Hackett was among the pioneers of progressive rock.

Phil Collins left Genesis in 1996, and Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford replaced him with Ray Wilson, who appeared on their final album Calling All Stations (1997). The commercial failure of the album led to a group hiatus. Banks, Rutherford and Collins reunited for the Turn It On Again Tour in 2007, and then again in the coming 2021 for The Last Domino? Tour.

Invisible Touch is the group's iconic hit with an impressive chart residency of 85 weeks and in August 2, 1986 had peaked at Number 3 on Billboard Hot 100.
