Duran Duran are an English new wave band formed in Birmingham in 1978. The group was a leading band in the MTV-driven Second British Invasion of the US in the 1980s. 

The group was formed by keyboardist Nick Rhodes and bassist John Taylor, with the later addition of drummer Roger Taylor, and after numerous personnel changes, guitarist Andy Taylor (none of the Taylors are related) and lead singer Simon Le Bon. These five members featured the most commercially successful line-up.

The band was one of the most successful acts of the 1980s, though by the end of the decade, membership and music style changes challenged the band before a resurgence in the early 1990s.

The group has never disbanded, but after the departures of Andy and Roger Taylor in 1986, the line-up changed to include two American musicians: former Missing Persons guitarist Warren Cuccurullo from 1989 to 2001 and drummer Sterling Campbell from 1989 to 1991. 

The reunion of the original five members in the early 2000s created a stir among the band's fans and music media. Andy Taylor left the band once again in mid-2006, and guitarist Dominic Brown has since been working with the band as a session player and touring member.

Duran Duran has sold over 100 million records, making them one of the world's best-selling music artists. They achieved 32 top 40 singles in the U.K. 14 singles in the top 10 of the UK Singles Chart and 21 in the US Billboard Hot 100. 

The band have won numerous awards throughout their career: two Brit Awards including the 2004 award for Outstanding Contribution to Music, two Grammy Awards, an MTV Video Music Award for Lifetime Achievement, and a Video Visionary Award from the MTV Europe Music Awards. They were also awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

2021 Classic Rock Band - HEART

HEART is an American rock band formed in 1967 in Seattle, Washington, which evolved from an existing band, White Heart.  

By the mid-1970s, original members Roger Fisher (guitar) and Steve Fossen (bass guitar) had been joined by sisters Ann Wilson (lead vocals and flute) and Nancy Wilson (rhythm guitar, backing and occasional lead vocals), Michael Derosier (drums), and Howard Leese (guitar and keyboards) to form the lineup for the band's initial mid-to late-1970s success period.  These core members were included in the band's 2013 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Heart has currently sold over 35 million records worldwide, including approximately 22.5 million albums in the United States. It has placed top 10 albums on Billboard 200 in the 1970s, 1980s, 1990 and 2010s.

Best of My Love is a song by American group The Emotions from their fourth studio album Rejoice. It was composed by Maurice White and Al McKay of Earth, Wind & Fire, and produced by White and Clarence McDonald. 

Released as the album's lead single on June 9, 1977, the song topped both the US Billboard Hot 100 and US Billboard R&B charts. The song had peaked at the Billboard Hot Number 1 position for five weeks in 1977. This achievement was the biggest hit of the trio sisters Sheila, Wanda and Pam Hutchinson ever had.

One of Diana Ross' signature hit was I'm Coming Out which peaked at Number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 Charts in November 15, 1980 with a residency period of 23 weeks.

In 2003, Hall & Oates were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. 

With a residency of 23 weeks in the charts, Out Of Touch had peaked to the Number 1 position at Billboard's Hot 100 on December 8, 1984.

Blind Faith is the self-titled and only album by the English supergroup BLIND FAITH, originally released in 1969 on Polydor Records in the United Kingdom and Europe and on Atlantic Records in the US. 

It topped the album charts in the UK, Canada and US, and was listed at No. 40 on the US Soul Albums chart. It has been certified platinum by the RIAA. 

"Can't Find My Way Home" is an introspective song written by Steve Winwood which was first released on their 1969 album Blind Faith.
